Frequently Asked Questions.

What are succulents?

Succulents are amazing plants that have adapted to store water in their tissue. These plants can handle drought situations making them great plants for people who need something beautiful and low maintenance.

Can I request a specific succulent for the gift box?

Succulents vary based on availability, but we will try to honor any request for a specific succulent.

How quickly are orders shipped?

Gift boxes are shipped in 2 business days. Seasonal items, succulent arrangements, and nursery succulents are shipped in 5-7 business days. If you need them sooner, please email us at info@justsuccit.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We want your plants to arrive healthy, so sometimes we delay shipping if it is taking longer for your succulent to dry out, or if there is inclement weather and/or freezing temps.

What does "bare root" mean?

Bare root means your succulent will ship with no pot or soil. We typically ship our chonky succulents bare root. Strings of things and thinner leaved plants will be in a pot.

Why should I add a heat pack if the temperature is less than 40 degrees?

Most of the succulents we use are not cold hardy and can be damaged in cold weather. In order to ensure their safe arrival, a heat pack is suggested to keep them warm and toasty. We are not responsible for damage caused by cold temperatures or other weather conditions.

Can I add a personal note?

Yes! You can add a personal note before you check out. If you forget or want to make changes, just email info@justsuccit.com and we’ll take care of it

What is your return/exchange policy?
